I have had this issue since a month. I join the voice chat and it says i’m in but i never get the message that says “joined voice chat” or be able to hear anything or sub anything
Are you on a university, business, or mobile network? Sometimes these networks have the necessary ports used for voice chat blocked. Additionally, updates to these networks, or even your home equipment, can remove the ability to use voice chat.

Hey, Saekuura! Just wanted to chime in here, we’re seeing issues with Telmex ISP and VOIP traffic being blocked for PC systems, we haven’t seen any similar issues with consoles yet, but it’s likely the cause to the PS4 voice chat issues. Would you be able to try an alternative connection by chance?

Since the isp is blocking it, you’d have to get in contact with them for your next steps. Blizzard doesn’t support them, but you can try a VPN to get around the block.
