Brig was op broken yes, but her kit was designed perfectly to counter tracer.
After brig nerf they still had to buff tracer fall of range so that she could shoot brig safely.

If a Reaper was beating a Rein 1v1, that Rein somehow managed to miss his hammer or just never shielded. Brig could literally stand still on Rally and win the fight against Rein just by swinging. That’s…not ok.
But look at her. Brig’s kit hasn’t countered Tracer since she became balanced. Even if they designed her to counter Tracer, she could only do it when she was broken and a counter to everyone. Now, Brig is actually not even the worst Support matchup for Tracer.
I know what Flashbang did. It is functionally the same now. If you get hit, you’re dead.
Again, T500s can be diffed, which is what happened in that video. T500s are not gods. I would know, since I face them literally every game.

Brig stopped being a “Tracer counter” when she stopped running the game. Again, it’s not fair to say that she was a counter to a specific hero when in reality she was just really broken.

It’s actually a revert from 2016 when 12 was found op and made to 10.
Now don’t talk it’s 10 again cause it came along with a joker clown aimbot patch and hp increase and it’s not the ow1 brig any version of her cause she can’t stun.
This brig is far removed from ow 1 brig.
The buff was made a few months after brig was nerfed and made to have 200 shield.

No one is playing outside of Blink melee range anyways. 10 meters is really all you need. Shield bash, stun or not, is dodgeable from that range too.
Brig hasn’t been a Tracer counter since she became a balanced hero. What she was designed to do doesn’t matter, it’s what she actually does do. I don’t think it’s fair to call overpowered heroes of that caliber counters. Pharah technically countered Tracer at the beginning of the season…but she was also in every game with a 60% winrate. She countered EVERYONE. It’s the same concept.
If you want to consider that a counter, fine. But I won’t.
Ya blizzard is always right actually ya it makes sense while Winston zarya can’t be called counters to tracer, but they did zone her efficiency and zarya bubbles could save people from pb.
Zarya actually makes sense as a matchup where Tracer isn’t favored. But Winston was always zoned out by Tracer afaik. Before the armor change, Tracer could peel against Winston better than anyone else.
Look tracer got buffed a month or so after brig was nerfed and reworked.

Think this out a hero who when she had 12 MTR min fall off was considered op and fixed at 10 for years had to be changed to 13 to overcome this hero they created to be herself again.

In ow1 she was balanced by making tracer better and even that didn’t work at times.
She was designed to counter tracer and she did this is fact and history that you did not witness.
Brig’s nerfs weren’t all at once, were they? To me, that sounds like she was still busted when they buffed Tracer.
I don’t need to be. If I know the abilities, I can get a pretty good grasp of how Tracer plays around it. More so if I have played against an iteration of the hero, which I have. You can play within 10 meters of Brig and never get bashed. It isn’t slower than it was in OW1. Brig was a Brig sided matchup, not a counter. Brig can’t stop Tracer from playing the game correctly. Venture CAN. That’s the difference.
I stand by what I said. Venture is the first Tracer counter. No other hero forces you to change your entire playstyle. Not even Brig.
Which is imaginary but understandable you never were there to witness tracer when she blinked into the world first 
If it was imaginary you’d be able to explain how Brig forces Tracer to play incorrectly.
I don’t think she does though at most the drilling mudball is a light soft counter.
I totally expect the gm mudball drillers are totally different and dig three feet more ok v😉
