I think it would be hilarious and relatable if a season after the release they changed the models to have braces. Then one year from then they remove them with now new clean shiny teeth showing and it would be a fun little thing everyone remembers in the future.

OW1 junkrat had a ridiculously perfect set of mouth shards.
His teeth were jankly modeled in OW1 and now he’s missing multiple of them rofl and no one complains
