Plays more like doomfist
People on here have called Cassidy’s kit bloated, it doesn’t make them correct it just makes them unable to understand the English language.

I would say this is their second attempt at DPS doom. They share all the same the same passives, and combo damage structure.
It’s just that were doom was built around stuns, a giant hit box, and needing to hit many targets at the same time. Like most tanks are built.
Venture is mostly just another flanker with a little knock back, and gets shields by just using cooldowns. And is very small.
Venture right now can hands down carry a team they are a pain for most supports and because they are a flanker you have to swap to deal with them. Ideally venture will always improve your map awareness over time because they force you to keep tabs on them and ping them whenever you can. Ive been seeing them a lot gold and watched a few masters games where they were critical to the fight. Only reason you dont see them a lot in unranked is because it requirs team coordination to make the most use out of the toolkit that venture provides.
