VC Not Working & Customer Support Advises Not Helping

Looks like the last response on that previous thread was from March 7th from us so you should have been able to post there. Were you able to check for the MSI Nahimic software? Being a MSI board this is one thing we’ll want to check for as this will often cause issues with voice chat.

Based on the description in the previous thread, it almost sounds like the issue started with the new headset. Is this the case? And if so, have we tested with a different headset?
