Is it possible to receive a ban if using a VPN to get cheaper prices for coins?
Not sure, but Steam does ban you for doing that. I imagine Blizzard also wouldn’t want people to cheat prices.

Can you imagine getting a letter that stated “Due to your actions of using a VPN to get cheaper prices on purchases, I had no other choice but to steal the breastmilk of one of our employees. Her baby will starve, and that’s your fault”?
I don’t even know how I’d feel. Maybe I’d just be confused.
