Updated windows - lost a lot of frames

As the title suggests.

Went to bed with a stable 60fps.

after windows updated my newly built pc im dropping 20-30 frames…It’s unplayable. Although, they are perfectly stable in the training range.

I’ve tried reinstalling my graphic drivers, playing with the graphic settings… nothing seems to work. I can increase the frames to 100, they remain stable in the training range, then proceed to drop 20-30 frames in-game…

Does anyone know what the hell is going on here? I just spent a lot of money to upgrade from console to PC and this is a devastating issue to run into on my first weekend off with it :frowning:
