i have 300 download and 60 upload and have tested my network multi times. the download for update keeps going down to 0 b/s. i am completely lost as to why this is happening.
I’ve experienced this as well, Usually it takes around 10 minutes to actually start downloading though I do use a Mobile Hot-spot and have nowhere near your upload and download.

The recent patch is not just downloading. Due to it’s size it’s downloading -> Installing -> Restructuring. You will see this occur a few times while downloading and that is normal.
