Unusually high ping since SG patch (WinMTR results provided)

I’ve currently been experiencing unusually high ping in Overwatch since yesterday. Not sure if this is related to the SG patch or if it is just a coincidence.

Typically I am running at a steady 30-33ms latency over a gigabit fiber internet connection. I’m located in the central US.

I ran a WinMTR test as recommended from other similar thread posts:
