Unstable Fps on AMD Ryzen

hi anybody AMD users having unstable fps like dropping like crazy when team clashing?

my specs:
Processors: Ryzen 5 1400
Ram: 8 GB
GPU: Gigabyte Windforce RX 460

i dont have this problem on the 1st installation of this pc it goes to 79-80 fps back and forth. but now it goes down to 43 then back up to 80 again

These standard tips can help resolve most Overwatch FPS drops:

• Reset Overwatch’s Video Settings (Go to Options > Video, press backspace)
• Update your graphic card driver.
• Reset your graphic card driver settings.
• In drastic cases you may need to reinstall the driver and update to the most recent driver for your card. Remember to use Display Driver Uninstaller to completely clean out your old driver. Then download the most recent NVidia or AMD for your system.
