Get muted for “advertisement”, ask what was advertised to no response despite months passing. Counts towards today’s suspension that I’m literally not allowed to ask them about unless I claim I was hacked.
“YoU’rE rEsPoNsIbLe FoR aLl AcCoUnT aCtIvItY” is such a gaslighter excuse for not being able to afford recourse as a company.
If you’re going to take action against one of your consumers, you’re supposed to have evidence. That’s a big part of doing business with consumers.

Do like I have done, go to the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint against blizzard. They hate when we do it because it makes them look bad.

No.
You agreed to their rules by playing the game, sucks to suck buddy.
Yeah, I got one of those too. For all of the many valid reasons I could be reported, spam and advertisement is not one of them. The report system is broken.
It’s one thing to advertise ingame, but on the forums? If I were you, I would remove that.
If you just want to play the game, disable chat. No bans, all chill.

No, actually it doesn’t, because unless you can actually prove there was misrepresentation in advertising or issues with the product, any complaint you make doesn’t get listed. So if you went to the BBB to complain about Blizzard Entertainment’s shop pricing for Overwatch? Your complaint was about as impactful as a screen door on a submarine.
Just because companies write anything they want into ToS doesn’t mean it’s enforceable in a court of law.
Maybe if you gaslight harder, I’ll forget how federal laws work?
Doesn’t need to be enforceable in a court of law.
Because you’re not in a court of law, and likely won’t take it to a court of law. Any judge or lawyer would just laugh at you and tell you to stop wasting the courts time.

Did you post a link to your Twitch or something? That’s the only thing I would consider as a “valid” report for advertisement.
