Unfortunate glitch with offensive name friend request

I received a friend request from someone with a rather offensive name;
“you are a (derogatory term for people of African descent) kill yourself”.

Now the friend request doesn’t appear in my profile, as I was going to decline of course and report the name only now the message is stuck at the top of the screen.

I have a screenshot of the issue which I can provide of course. However there doesn’t seem to be any means of reporting this that i have seen other than getting their name in game which i can’t because I haven’t played with them or they changed and or removed their name somehow.

I was streaming last night/this morning and I had this happen as well. Had to close the entire game to get it to go away. My reaction was clipped by a name I didn’t recognize.

Yeah this another series issue of the game yet to be ever addressed.
