It’s likely either a false detection of cheat software which has happened before, you getting a lot of reports over many games (I am not going to judge whether these were valid or not), or something new flagging you for an unknown.
As I keep saying all we can do here is judge you. The only things I can verify got people unbanned were constant tickets until something was actually done, or be famous and get noticed on social media complaining.
I wouldn’t bother defending yourself here either, we have some pretty vicious trolls who are just trying to rile you up.
Understandable, think it’s like a last resort for most of us honestly. With that I’ll leave this thread simmer out in hopes we all get answers we’re looking for.
Sad thing is I’m an Xbox player so truly don’t know what could’ve happened! Last thing I’ll say - but again thank you for your knowledge.

As you know, this is nice for anecdotes but nothing of substance can be concluded from this information. Not only does this not tell us anything about how the system is working but it also is at a point in time - we have no idea if the rules have changed since then. The truth is only Blizzard could explain a ban.
It’s interesting at best but nothing to make any conclusions about.
At the time it was proven that reports = action. No review necessary. Currently we have seen it proven that even if a game full of people ALL report you, nothing happens.
Documented in videos if you’d like to go search for them but I won’t be posting them here because I’ve gotten in trouble for doing so in the past.
These are facts, I can go by facts.
If they have changed in the last 2 months, then yes… maybe it works differently now, however people have claimed “just one game everyone reports you and you get banned” for a long time and it’s been shown time and time again this doesn’t happen.
I’m interested in people presenting things that are true to the best of their knowledge with hopefully some evidence to the same effect. The reason I comment on someone going “you probably got reported by one lobby and now are permabanned” is because recently I know that was proven impossible.
Up until the last couple months a lobby couldn’t action one person within one game, and a first offense was never a permaban.
I 10000% agree with you. What you’re saying is very interesting and I don’t disbelieve any of what you’re saying.
But
It wasn’t proven, and it’s not a fact. I even think you are more likely right than wrong. But these few cases that were “tested” - isn’t a proof. Do we know for certain that every account’s report is weighed the same even? No. We have no idea. If a account makes reports disproportionately more than others, are their reports less valued? A stringent developer would probably weigh their reports as less important - but we don’t know how Blizzard handles that.
We just don’t know.
All I’m saying is, the things you’re describing fall WAY below the standard of proof and they can’t be used to as a “matter of fact” to deconstruct OP’s observations. He could be wrong and might be wrong but this “proof” path is not the way to show it.
I would say proven more so than wild speculation. And I saw it duplicated multiple times with different people. So when weighing tests against speculation, I’d call it a fact as much as any other tested hypothesis can be.

OP isn’t even really concerned with anything I was talking about. They want their account back and I have given my advice based on what I know on that. Several times in fact.
For all we know OP is lying about all of it. 
You don’t get permanently banned for no reason.
Sadly I do not know what could be the cause for mine hence being apart of this forum seeking for people in my position
I am sorry this has happened to you, provided you are telling the truth, you should be able to easily get your account back. Typically if someone was a bigot, they’d out themselves in the comment section, it never fails. I’m seeing none of that here

i had the same i never did anything and they refuse to give me chat logs or any reason to my ban
dont bother sending tickets, at this point its best to wait till these people get fired, your account still exists and stays in their system so dont worry…just make another account and play like what i had to even though that account was about 6+ years old
to get your chatlogs you have to request your account info which is a different category from the appeals…and do note they dont give a d*mn about what others say it only shows what youve said so alot of times they totally dont know the reasons for why people say things

I have gotten a lot of advice and i will follow it.
I was just trying to see what others have been through as well as gain advice on how to go forwards based on other’s experience.
Now I’ve done that I will follow the advice and hope that some of if works.

Technically if they take your account away from you and refuse to tell you why, you have means for a lawsuit.
But, I doubt any of us are rich enough. We’d need a class action to truly stand against them for that.
While I agree with this, subjective toxicity should be excluded. IE: People standing up for themselves when someone is being genuinely rude.
They don’t even look at what you were responding to- just what you said.
Like someone calls someone else a slur and then someone responds with telling them that’s pretty cringe in any variety gets banned or actioned “justifiably”? Uh uh. Be for real, lmao.
