Unbearable lag when starting the game

I have and i7 9700f and GTX 1650, perfectly capable of running the game, but for some reason the first 30 minutes or so of playing has unbearable lag spikes and low FPS.
After that it runs like normal, bearing through the lag has made me not want to play the game anymore!

You should post a DxDiag, if you want help from the community for your issue.

For all technical issues:

1. Create a text copy of your DxDiag using these instructions. Once you have that made, open the file. You’ll need to copy and paste the contents of the Text document into the post, and put four Tilde (~) marks above the DXDiag. It’ll look like this:

What kind of storage are you using? Is it an SSD? Do you have the game on an external drive?

I do have it on my game drive, I’ll try reinstalling it on my boot drive.
