After installing the new update for Overwatch, I have been able to log into the game as Blizzard is somehow detecting this as a 3rd party software. I have no idea what is causing this, and after scanning and repairing it, nothing seems to have changed it. Can a dev/someone experienced with this bug help me figure out what is going on and how to fix it?

Did you ever use Visor or Pursuit? Both of these applications are in violation of the EULA. Starting with this patch, the game will shut down if it detects the files of either application. Uninstall the application(s) in question and make sure you delete any residual files in your Program Files (x86) folder and your ProgramData folder (both located in the root directory of your C Drive).
Yeah, I figured out it was Pursuit.
