I just purchased the ultimate battle pass in Overwatch 2 (the one worth R$ 180), and my excess levels from last season were not counted… every previous time I purchased the ultimate, I brought the excess levels to the new pass, and this time when I was supposed to start the season on level 104 (I finished last season at pass level 284… being 84 for extra levels + the 20 coming from the Ultimate battle pass), I only got to level 32. In addition, I didn’t recieve my competitive points from my highest Elo. Please, I need a solution for this issue!!
