Trust System - How it works?

I know that once you gain a certain level of trust you can do things like post gifs, but, when you do reach that level, does it tell you? And how do you post the gif? I feel like it’d be a copy/paste thing, but I don’t think that this may be the case.

If anyone knows, or they’ve reached that trust level, could they share how? It’d be greatly appreciated.

P.S. How do you change text size?

You can change font size using html tags like h1, h2, etc.
Ex: <h1>Hi</h1>
