Hmmm… I thought I was up against AUTO AIM where the gimmick tracks the opposition like a MAGNET pulling their camera towards me while I played using that same ANALOG control but w/o AUTO AIM

You have NO CLUE what is challenging vs what is EZ Mode. PC will be EZ Mode for myself compared to console. Not vice versa.

IMO I can tell. Though Im certain not everyone can. Its only when you never use AA that such becomes apparent. Maybe they cannot seriously tell tbh but they stack nothing but counters so Im assuming they know Im not using AA nor Controller.
Idk tbh its just not EZ vs AA + endless counters as if youre the only person on your team that matters. Its fun but impossible to make any impact at times.

The Overwatch team objects to the use of mouse and keyboard on console.
We have contacted both first-party console manufacturers and expressed our concern about the use of mouse and keyboard and input conversion devices.
We have lobbied and will continue to lobby for first-party console manufacturers to either:
Disallow mouse and keyboard and input conversion devices
OR
Openly and easily support mouse and keyboard for ALL players
I encourage you to reach out to the hardware manufacturers and express your concerns (but please do so in a productive and respectful way).

Currently, we cannot do anything about players using input conversion devices to use Mouse and Keyboard on console.
However, we have put serious research and development against this problem and we’re hoping to have a solution to what we consider to be unfair circumstances. This is a priority for us and we’re trying to combat this through technology and policy.
We’ll keep you informed on our progress and any policy changes as soon as they develop.
For now, please avoid reporting this behavior.
The jury is out on it being an unfair advantage - and if they COULD ban you for it - THEY WOULD.

I am about to buy an Alienware m51 and go PC + I got bored of OW cuz my controls were never as good as I would have liked which had me endlessly fiddling w/ my XIM4 settings so I stopped playing OW a very long time ago.
What else would you like from me. My liver + a written 2 page essay of an apology for having actual FUN on console playing the game the way it was DESIGNED and intended to be played using an actual M+KB?
I’ll be on PC by January playing OW.

PC is 2nd fiddle to SUPERIOR aim on CONSOLE.

Like- I was curious - so I went and looked and the first thing i saw was an example that proves my point.
Let me educate - Look at PC. Look at widows scoped accuracy - she was my first example because that is the best judge of raw aim. The accuracy overall is lower - but look at the lower end - there is a large amount of people WHO CANNOT AIM ON PC - they weigh down the overall accuracy heavily - you go to PSN? What do you see on the same statistic - there is barely any difference between anyone but you also don’t get too far into the HIGH END - there isn’t a large amount of people there that can achieve the level of aim more widely achieved on PC - this can be attributed to a few things - consoles all perform the same, the aim assist is the same - and for most player who aren’t using crutches - they have the same input device.
This creates a raised baseline effectiveness - and a decreased upper limit to effectiveness.
On PC this is observable with the difference between hardware - access to a monitor of a high refresh rate with the right PC gear to run it - a perfect sensor mouse - and these differences create a pocket of their own because they function in different ways that do change the performance of the game which in turn has a large effect on the ability to be played to effect - and the ones with bad hardware - form a super low rank pocket where they cannot utilize the accuracy for whatever reason specific to them - and on the other end - with all of the access to higher end hardware - you get more people playing at the extreme ends of the accuracy front.
PSN curve - tall in the middle, short on the ends.
PC curve - the highest and lowest end are as tall as the center - more players on average aim better on PC.
Read the graphs correctly.
When aim assist exists - rarely anyone is special.
Console is still #1 in Accuracy all across the board on EVERY single Hero.
You interpretation is backwards actually.
PSN curve means drastically more players have highest accuracy compared to PC where very few have Top Teir Accuracy.
- basically the bulk of CONSOLE accuracy comes from the VAST MAJORITY of players
- while on PC the Top Teir balance out the ACCURACY by being drastically better than 2/3 of the playerbase
Not everybody is Dafran yet I dont need to be better than such a player. I just need a more suitable environment which indeed will be EASIER than on CONSOLE

That there are more players in the low end- and most in the mediocre range - but our best ends of the players aimwise - they’re a full cut above in terms of the amount of players who occupy that space.

Ive seen Fankda. Hes not like Dafran but he still dominates eventhough he never touched a mouse before.
I alrdy told you my own issues on console. Im not saying I will be the next Fankda nor Dafran but I dont need to be. I just dont want to faceoff against Teams focused on myself only.
I can handle the inferior accuracy of the opposition on PC compared to Console. I dont need to be 5000 SR on PC. I just need to blend in.
Btw - I know they are. I been watching PC elites since Beta on PC. I see how impressive they are. I want dpi mouse not analog.

Well… I thought you were a soresport console player & I get taken out by those same soresports that claim Im invincible. So it gets kinda old and makes me very agitated.
