Of course not lol, Brigittes combat capability is whatever. What Brigitte brings to her team with minimal effort (bad design) is another story though. A story that ends with the smart thing being to press H and play a hero that is more efficient at dealing with her and her team with less effort. Less effort for more reward is the name of the game nowadays anyway.
