If you want to invest the time into a difficult dps hero which can dominate at high level you should play one of the snipers.
Just stop it with this ignorant drivel already about the “meta not favoring her.” She’s been in the bottom five for almost 1.5 years. 
There’s only so long you can perpetuate a lie before it grows painfully transparent. After nearly 1.5 years, I can promise you no one believes this lie anymore. Let it go. It’s done.

tracer is even bad in owl. i think when they do proper balancing for 222 she will get better. its more to do with other things being unbalanced.
They need to nerf snipers and revert a lot of dps buffs. She’s a huge victim of powercreep. That or maybe a faster reload or something

responding with “she just isn’t meta bro” is such a weak way of saying “i just don’t want her to be good right now”
whether you change the meta or you change the character, the end result is the same, the character becomes more viable

Has nothing to do with if people want her being good or not. Its just saying she is good in dive, but dive isnt good right now. When dive becomes good again, so does Tracer.
This can happen without them touching Tracers balance state.
Sure, if you think the character should be viable only in a dive meta.
I don’t, so I don’t think we’ll come to an agreement.
I mean it’s honestly like if you went to a buff bastion thread and tried to say bastion is only bad because pirate ship isn’t meta.
Perhaps everybody already knows this and they don’t want a character they play to be tied solely to one meta that is extremely situational and more often than not suboptimal.

Yep, I think she needs something.
I don’t like playing vs her, it really sucks, but that is no reason for her to be not viable.
Same deal with Sombra. She is a pain to play against, but it doesn’t mean they deserve to be out of the game.
She could use an extra 5 bullets in each mag.
What if they reduce the amount of ult charge needed to get pulse bomb? It helps deal with a lot of the tankier heroes.

She already gets pulse pretty quick. Extra bullets in her mag would be more beneficial to her so she could actually finish off people.

on numerous occasions lately he’s said on stream that tracer is a bad hero for climbing, especially at high elo, because you have to play her perfectly or you just feed and lose
(relative to other heroes)
he’s an outlier and even he knows it
if you watched his unranked to gm, once he hit masters whether he won or lost came down to if he could convince his team to play hog/orisa and micromanaging his team, and hardly his own gameplay. a bit counterintuitive for a hero with such a high skill ceiling as tracer, yeah?

I find this whole “Tracer is trash” line a joke to begin with. She’s modeled after a harassment model; get in, get close , death by a thousand cuts with a kit that requires little aim skill relatively speaking (cone fire close range) and in turn requires everyone else to aim and predict 3x better. A good Tracer is like a good Genji, capable of carrying at all but the highest levels. Cancer, errrr, Tracer is not a character we want to be too effective.
