i saw lots more tracer on ptr. would hold off on balancing until we see how 222 shakes out.

Im 1 trick tracer on plat dia with 56% winrate.
Tracer is really really hard this meta.
Can find myself go mercy just to avoid all those stuns and cancer comps.
Everygame 1 of the enemy sup go brig and we done for it, idc about her but rest of my team cant deal with it, and if we wont switch to brig too its almost a sure lose.
The meta has not been GOATS on ladder for a while now, and Tracer still struggles a lot. Her pickrate is barely over Dva’s in GM. And as a Kabaji fan, I could bet that he, Dafran and other Tracer icon figures make out a lot of her pickrate for themselves, because they’re so good with her and because people want to see them play her. I don’t think there’s a lot of people outside that bubble that really touch her, because she’s so bad. And it has nothing to do with GOATS.

Problem with Tracer is they balanced her against every other vanilla hero in the game. They can’t just flat buff her

While I generally agree with you, Dva has been nerfed enough. Her pickrate is below Tracer’s in GM.
When it’s the only viable character in a role with no viable characters, it is not acceptable, because everyone else has been destroyed. Orisa is the same tank she’s been for the last year. She hasn’t recieved a major buff since the knockback/movement speed changes a year ago. She went from throw pick to meta only because every other tank was nerfed.
You can’t just stare at pickrate and cry OP without thinking about why they have that pickrate to begin with.

2-2-2 is also a huge buff for some other heroes, like Genji
350 is enough to kill Bastion. I’m thankful for that at least. And as other said, with only 2 tanks she will be viable. Briggite while still a deterrent will no longer make Tracer a throw pick (because of Brig’s sustain nerf).
She’s still nearly at a 100% pickrate in my hearth!

I’m a main Tracer, and I play her a lot, and played with 2-2-2 and I think it’s one of thebmost balanced characters, but she’s just suffering the meta. If we wait a bit she will be viable again.

That’s what happens when devs cater to the lowest-skilled elements of the playerbase, unfortunately. They created a team-based shooter, and then just end up kowtowing to everyone who doesn’t want to play as a team.
Sombra is so easily countered with a little coordination, but no, since the bad players don’t want to have to try at all, they’ll just nerf the high-risk, somewhat-high-reward hero instead.

Repairpack changes are great for us tracers. 
But in my plat games its not really brig.
Its basically just skilled players managing to land the 1 key ability. Which can happen frequently or not at all in a match.
I get way more value easier just clicking heads as widow/cree than trying to make godly plays on tracer without a single dive hero in the team.
