Tracer bugg no hp after E

I didn’t get hp after recal got scamed - YouTube is this intended or it’s a bugg ?

Tracer Recall doesn’t give you HP . It is basically a three second rewind in time. So whenever you recall you’ll get the HP from the past three seconds.
in your clip as XHelperZ mentioned you waited too long to recall and got the same HP from the last three seconds .

IT WAS in those 3 secconds it should be THE LAST 3 secconds and in THE LAST 3 secconds i had 85 hp did I not ?

You took 4 seconds to recall. Even if you did do 3 seconds you would have been damaged by alot.
