You don’t buff a hero to accommodate for the fact that she is weak vs a certain type of comp. You either wait to pick her vs an enemy team that is not going to heavily counter you or pick a new hero. This game is specifically designed such that not all heroes are good in all situations. This is like asking for Winston to be buffed because he can’t kill bastion.
