Tp should reliably counter Grav! -buffs needed

Wouldn’t it be nice if:

• Teleporter entrance always deploys under Symmetra
• Increase range where you can press a button to use Teleporter
• Default teleporter option to be used by pressing Crouch or Use.
• Teleporter ignores railings and destroys the railing when it deploys
