sounds to me like a torbjorn killed you and you got mad about it, nearly all points you tried to make are either false or an overreaction.
close to half the speed of a hanzo arrow and only does 70 dmg so 140 on a headshot, so no 1 shot possibilities
350 health at best when using an ability, 100 of that is temporary health that cant be regained untill the next use of the ability
it only increases health temporarily and increases firing rate, that isnt close to being equal with fortify + nano
oh no, it costs 100 less ult points than Hog’s and Ashe’s whilst having a harder time gaining ult beside if the enemy team ignores the turret for like 30 seconds which should never happen because if it does then you arent allowed to complain.
this might be needed on console but not on pc, torb is fine rn
