there was a glitch where if you held down the overload button in its last second, you could extend it by four seconds so they disable him, while bastion was removed completely because his was alot worse. you can still get ur hot dwarf dilf fix in qp though

Scratch that, all of my most played heroes are locked for some reason. Looks like it’ll be a no playing night.
Torb is locked due to a double Overload bug that allows you to Overload a second time immediately.
So I played torb all last night and just watched some replays, I don’t see any double E, and I spam it quite a bit. I only watched 3 replays but regardless I hope it’s a quick fix.
It requires specific timing. Not Muda uploaded a video on the matter (as they did the Bastion bug) which made its abuse popular.
