I had won 26 games out of 51 played in open queue, and ended above top 500 at the end of the season today.
However, it never switched my icon from Masters to T500. All requirements were met, and SMS was enabled long ago.
I was previously top 500 on my account the past 2 seasons and it correctly switched my status before, and received the player icon.
I submitted a ticket and a GM suggested to post this issue here.
