Top500 combined

Hello, i was wondering if the TOP500 is bugged or not. I should be T500 combined EU after hitting 50 wins on every Role, im well withing the ranks, last place is combined Diamond 5. Does it need time to update or is it broken or am i not fullfilling all the checkmarks? i even made the authenticator.
