Theres no patch notes in that thread I linked, I just remember someone had linked to a thread with the changes, which I dont have the link for.
The patch notes looked like something I would expect from patch notes if they were serious about making big meaningful changes. They had needed nerfs, and unnecessary buffs, as is usually the case. However, I dont take them as indisputable fact, no matter how much I wish they were accurate.

I dont believe those notes were real specifically because of the sojourn changes. Removes the heroes identity and makes her just a worse soldier. Her primary fire is already worse, and then no burst at all without railgun. What would be the point.
I like living in a time when the final week of a month is considered “the middle of the month”.
Tomorrow patch hopes

The sound and many other bugs fixed.
Two new supports added.
Healing received added to scoreboard.
