In my experience, it’s Americans that have godawful teeth. All the chemicals and sugar in absolutely everything you eat/drink. Like, I can feel my teeth falling out just looking at a box of American cereals 
Also, shut up trying to mock the cockney accent. It’s not original, duck, it’s as old as time.
But we don’t even know what the final model of Venture is going to look like. The footage from Blizzcon in 3d model looks like a young version of ana amari or pharah. Kinda cute actually. Only in some other 3d models shows venture having bad teeth.
Until we see the final product, I think it’s too early for us to judge. And I think it’s less about the character looking unpleasant. Ugly characters can look pleasant when they’re designed “just right” too, like junkrat, torbjorn, etc.
Of course, if the new character ends up having pimples everywhere, bad teeth, big nose, droopy eyelids, wrinkles, etc. Then it can be considered “too much” of unpleasant facial characteristics. I used to have acne in the past, and even I don’t want any of the new heroes having acne all over their face for example.
What’s the reward for defending this character?

Not everyone has perfect teeth. And it makes sense for a character that literally tunnels through rock and looks like they’re wearing little safety gear to probably get rocks in their face and chip a tooth or two.

The chipped look is off though. Like something about it seems off. Maybe not jagged enough or something idk
They look like Mei, but worse. Venture does not have the cute factor like Mei and seems to be worse in every aspect of the design (in terms of baggy clothes that look just dirty). Really hope they fine-tune the model a bit, because we might have the worst looking female character on our hand.
I would put even Junkrat and Hog for better looking males over Venture. (Moira is also not the beauty standard or Zarya, but they both look much better also)
Maybe the new nickname would be mole? I could see this… she digs and looks pretty dirty.
Not in the world of OW! It makes sense for Junkrat who lives in a wasteland (was living) and is now a criminal who just does not care, but any other normal person have access to dental care in the future… I am sure.
Are we sure it isn’t a self insert? They ruined comics that way.

I’m also concerned about my teeth. So 
It might be a part of how they do their work so I think it’s neat, it’s something we can see.
It makes sense if you wouldn’t want to do so yourself, but it doesn’t make them an idiot. It means they aren’t insecure about their imperfect teeth.

Not the same, online has some level of anonimity
