The question is simple.
Tracer blink is on a 5 second cooldown, but she gets 5 charges.
What happens? Is it a buff? Nerf? Does it depend on rank? Does it make her more or less skillful? Is it unchanged.
I want to hear thoughts on this. Or perhaps inspire others to ask similar questions and similar debates.
My own prediction is this would be a buff at the highest level, but tracer game play would slow down because as people will never allow themselves to run out of blinks because 5 second cooldown is very scary.
But also low ranks would become way less effective on the hero because they will waste all their blinks and get killed in the 5 seconds.
To be clear this is a hypothetical. Not an actual proposed rework. I want to hear why you think it’s bad not just “it’s bad” because like yes I am not debating that.
And also tracer currently has 3 charges and she gets one back every 3 seconds.
I am simply replacing that 3 with 5 in both cases.
