People are not leaving the game because of matchmaking, dude. It’s the inherent mechanics of the competitive game that doesn’t appeal to some people. You’re changes won’t affect anything. It’s gonna be more fun for some people, but less for others. There’s always gonna be a group of players that are affected negatively the most. By making new accounts start higher, you’re making the game worse for plat or diamond players because you don’t know whether they’re new players or smurfs. Furthermore, your changes literally affect SR the most, yet you contradict yourself by saying that SR doesn’t matter for enjoyment. If you want the game to be more fun, you put out better balance and make the game more better for every level of play by changing how the game works
