And upon recently logging in, I cannot find that thread. I have not been given any notification as to why that happened and would like to find out why this is happening.
EDIT: to anyone concerned about this thread breaking CoC regarding the rule that doesn’t allow people to talk about forum actions, I did not know what happened, why it happened and why I didn’t get any notification.

Got deleted by a dev. Don’t know why, but it had to have broken the ToS at some point. You don’t get notified when this happens.
Ah ok, thanks for letting me know. I honestly wish that we would get some notification whenever that happens though.
Huh? They literally close it and tell you that it violated CoC. Usually they reserved deletion for posts about the report system for obvious reasons. Not joke threads. Pretty weird.
Really weird. Normally, a thread would be locked. Why would they delete a thread like that? And without any notification?
It’s generally one of the biggest flaws of modern forums and/or gameplay bans/deletions. They don’t really tell you what you did wrong so you can hopefully not do it again. If your lucky you get a vague copy and paste line about violating ToS, which is usually a couple dozen page long document or more.
One that they edit frequently without always informing you about. Never mind a lot of it is very vague and left open to interpretation…
It’s like sending a kid into the corner for doing something bad. When they ask what you just tell them “you know what you did”.
I mean, I know my jokes were bad, but I didn’t think they were ban worthy…

Did you mention XQC? I have two threads bookmarked that mentioned XQC and a day later both threads were deleted without warning. One of them I started and it definitely did not break CoC.
There are certain topics they shut down pretty much no matter what. Any topic with the word Mercy was shut down for a long time, no matter how toxic it actually was. The reason was often “it might get toxic”.
maybe my cow jokes were just too much for them, and they couldn’t stand the existance of such pure genius

why are they deleting posts about the report system?
It is against the code of conduct to talk about actions against your account or something. But the real reason is a bit more obvious than that, WHY is it against the code of conduct in the first place? It does not work the way it says it works, that is why.
oh gotcha. i do remember making a suggestion on how to improve the report system but that got deleted. i still don’t know why…
I didn’t mention XQC. I was just asking for people’s jokes.
Your thread can get nuked if enough of the comments break ToS.
