Turns out being a tank that can reliably secure elims and cleanse abilities is annoying to deal with. Now if only they could make up their minds and turbo nerf Zarya or at the very least bring other tanks up to her level 
I think a very good start would at least be reverting her bubble system to one for her, one for teammate, like in OW1.
