I’ve said repeatedly the MM is more likely to be bugged than rigged. EOMM is likely to involve subtle unfairness. I’m experiencing unfairness that is not the least bit subtle.

It’s beyond wonky. It’s so broken, that it has become entirely predictable.

I agree with you. Especially in s11, I can tell within the first 10 seconds which team will win. The difference overall skills is overly apparent! All thanks to MM that wants to maintain about 50% winrate.
I always assume players who “know” which team will win, subtly and subconsciously quit or don’t try as hard to win when they decide their team is going to lose.

would you blame them? with the MM so broken that every player on one team has crossed 10 elims while the other team barely crossed 5… that’s my point… the difference in skill level is very apparent. And its not that this behavior (even if what you say is true) suddenly emerged in the player base. It would have developed over time by seeing results at the end of each match.
Would I blame them for throwing 60 seconds into a match? For seasons and years on end?

I genuinely perform a lot better when I have given up. It is all about reaching that enlightened state. You just stop caring about all of the little details and allow yourself to make plays you would never otherwise.
If some whiny beta gives up? Yeah, you probably lose. Their version of giving up is to literally stop trying. I never stop playing. I march straight to their spawn doors and spit at them!

Dear OP,
The matchmaker is set up so that even the worst players in the game get carried for 50% of their games, and occasionally even win Play of the Game. More avoid-slots would go against this policy for obvious reasons. Thank you for your understanding.

Exactly like why am I even wasting my time? Oh that’s right because we’re not allowed to leave in quick play. They claim to have 100 million players so where are the balanced matches?

While I agree with this the problem is alt accounts are rampant/random rank teammates with how wide SR is/ off rolling are all huge variables in this theory. So by winning a few you then have to outplay and carry people who are out of their range.
