I have one account that’s in diamond, I play Zarya. It stays in diamond and occasionally peaks at master.
I have another account that I also play Zarya in the exact same way that fell to silver and I cannot get it above gold no matter how hard I try.
This game definitely doesn’t reward individual skill. Your SR is basically a dice roll.
