As a result, noone can play a hero that has sustain damage if you want to actually get picks. Therefor the only viable way to play is burst damage which results in the god awful gameplay of being blown up

Correction: Sustain is less likely to get free solo picks than burst with 1sk potential. This will never change until 1sk is not a thing.

However, if Genji, Tracer, S76, hell even Lucio and Moira are getting picks, a 1sk mechanic isn’t necessary.
