Most mercy mains aren’t even bothering with you lot now that needs have settled, yet they continue to live in your heads.
Also like i play all roles but play zen the most does that make me a support main
You argue that the forums/Reddit don’t portray the majority of the community, but also try and run a poll trying to determine a majority.
50% of the people who took the poll are support mains. What about the people who didn’t take the poll or who have multiple mains?

I am a Mercy main, I won’t deny it, but I don’t false flag people.
Anyway, I just wish they’d really just address the actual problem with her, the pocketing play-style. It’s not fun for the other team and it’s not fun for Mercy players (unless you really like doing basically nothing).
None of their recent changes aimed to fix that well, it’s just moved the pocketing to your Tank rather than DPS… They just really curve-balled the changes and said “she’s fine”.

They could rework her entirely and focus on mobility but they won’t do that because the general mercy main population will have an outrage.
I really despise her new healing changes. It makes sustain damage even worse whilst pushing towards broken burst damage/one shots, which everyone hates playing against. Also now she facilitates one-shots with Sojourn. Put Rez as an ultimate of relativity low CD for an ult, give her vertical and horizontal mobility abilities that can be combo’d with each other in different ways. They could change how damage boost works/interacts.
like they just gave us a support that can teleport through walls and wall climb… im sure they can change mercy and make her really fun mobility… or change how her beams work to make her more of a hero rather than an accessory for the one playing her

Not really.
She got nerfed and now people complain about her little heal buff…even tho she is clunky as heck to play…
I wish they would also address the main problem, which is the pocketing play-style.

No. it´s clunky and inefective with the heal buff. Also I am not gonna further in this discussion. You can have your opinion, it´s fine, I have a whole thread, where I posted stuff about it.
My point is, that this forums feel more like “majority dps” to me.

pretty sure its most likely based players that understand that having 9 targets = more impact.
