I have been searching up and down in game and on reddit and there is no way I could find to get the Dev Doodle Pahimari or Yachemon sprays that are located in the season 15 spot for heroes. Is this a dev oversight or my own?

Looks like they added the sprays but forgot to allocate a way to obtain them.
