blizzard is OW killer
I know right. Stealing The Crew was the last straw for me in believing them as a company and we all are the same with it in my friend group. It was my comfort game for so long.
Side Note: Look up “The Crew Unlimited”. Its a recreational project for offline mode and server emulator for the game and they’ve already went until cracking the code for the epilogue. Im a huge follower of it.
But still, i like some of their games like Rayman or Trackmania (the latter just being labeled as a Ubi game but has nothing to do with it). Just purchasing the codes from key stores (for like 75% off) and not giving them money directly. Appreciating the devs but not the execs who steal your games.
Only thing killing Overwatch is itself and don’t think these games are looking to kill Overwatch instead taking their players. Rivals has great potential if both Disney and Netease don’t get stupidly greedy
I know only one actual OW killer, and you’re all missing this elephant in the room: OW devs.
Really great 5k viewers potential!
Indeed.
If everyone jump the wagon that lengthen the queue time, it will eventually “kill” OW.
But we will see.
Rivals is actually good competition. A more well known ip and a seriously solid foundation. I cant see skins for that game costing more than OW skins so i think it has a seriously solid chance of atleast stealing a large chunk of its players. I for one aint coming back to ow once it drops, not that ive played much recently
Deadlock has the most promise. Valve doesn’t miss. Disney/Marvel however… lol.
Do any of those games have a mystery heroes without hero stacking?
asking the actual important question
