Its not about competitiveness. You need enough people playing the mode to push the rating higher. If not enough are then the ratings will stay low.

Well I mean, it’s not like the Switch was gonna be great for something that’s both fast-paced and a FPS such as this game

The port was literally only made to satisfy the people who kept asking for it. That’s it. I don’t think anybody actually wants to get it on Switch in spite of this (“Oh, why should I buy it on Switch when my ultra-high-tec gaming PC runs it better than that trash piece of hardware?”)

I think you have to be a really dedicated fan to play OW on switch.

All switch owners I know dont play any FPS games

I have Overwatch on the switch as well as PC. I only play QP on the switch because it isn’t really optimized for the switch and its really only when I’m playing super casually. There seems to be plenty of people queueing for QP. Otherwise, if I’m playing with friends or I’m playing more seriously I’ll play on my PC.

I play it on switch too, it’s fun to play it in bed/wherever sometimes.

There’s no need to bash a system.

I mean, it is only 30fps version of Overwatch, hot Chernobyl levels of trash for me, and I say it as a Nintendo hardcore fan.

30 fps on hand-held is hardly noticeable.

When someone says something they dont agree with with a base of fact or opinion thats backed up that person just kinda goes into hiding and doesnt respond. Sucks but yea it is what it is.

Imo, the whole switch port was a cash grab. i don’t think they expect their comp scene to flourish, just get it into more peoples hands and maybe they’ll even upgrade the experience to pc or home console.

surprised they even took the effort to give them motion control. i do wish they did a colab and have baby dva bust out a switch emote.

Its ugly as h on switch. I only bought it while it was on sale so I could play it while traveling.

That being said its perfect for traveling. Fun casual games. I’d never use it for comp.
