to try and use ranks where people arent playing the game properly as a case for balance is asinine.
bronze players think bastion is overpowered.
do you agree? no. because as you go up ranks, he is OBJECTIVELY underpowered.
the same applies to genji. just because YOU ARENT GOOD ENOUGH TO BEAT A GENJI, doesnt mean that when played properly against, he isnt easy to beat.
