100% this! Me and my first OW friend started in bronze/silver me dropping as low as 700sr and staying at 1k for 3 seasons. Im currently diamond decaying so I dont hit masters cause the matchmaking there is pretty trash sometimes he is consistently at 3800 and reaches 3900 often, but the thing is he plays on a laptop 40fps average. He put in all the hours he had to and grinded out comp like crazy. Its all about putting in an active effort
