Everytime I look at lore section, I just look at the clock and calendars now…

Perhaps… yes, but OW fanbase was built upon the
(1) hype of 2016-2017 cinematics and back then… [Honeymoon Phase of OW]
(2) a new/very fun “hero” MOBA shooter (I remember the days I was addicted/learning).
And those two keys still applies… if Blizzard wants to make Overwatch interests alive.
Just watch how every Q3-Q4 of year [Overwatch interest] on google trends spikes back.

Two things:
- Adding new non-recyled gameplays. [4x heroes/year, maps, mini-events, updated seasonal events]
- Actually adding media/content to Overwatch characters on a regular basis (or at least more oftenly)

They did hint on Overwatch Cinematics Season 2 (or 3 now…, including comics); but hey…
don’t take Jeff/Devs word too close to the heart.
They mean well… and probably will release it… but the slow timing/schedule or actual content release are usually abysmal levels.
