Probably they just paste the statue. No reference, no lore. Or probably Ilios is another place for Talon.

Remember, Talon tried to steal some artifacts on Ilios (that’s what Athena says in the dropship on the map), so this might very well be the statue they actually managed to steal.

I wouldn’t scream recycled content.

The whole Talon headquarter is in a dark grim style with only the statue having a completely different style.
You don’t design an entire area of a map to be centered around this point just to put a random statue there.

Links would be nice. Not everyone is at their computer and can go in to a custom game and links are convenient.
