I mean, it was a net nerf. Doesnt mean it would make her weak, mainly because of how the other heroes changed, and 5m more falloff is pretty big for her threat at further range, and securing kills at that range after a stun.
They can nerf fortify again, wouldnt change the ability, just like buffing it to 50% from 40 didnt. She still will not die with it up if there is a support around.
