Uh, Mercy is the only healer who can heal through barriers. Moira’s heal beam is blocked, and so are her healing orb’s tethers. Coalescence is the only part of her kit that effectively pierces, but that’s tied to her ult.
Mercy’s beams can fully heal and damage boost through enemy barriers, both in and out of Valkyrie.
Brig and Zen can too.
