And if the DEVs listen to the feedback of players who don’t know what they are doing and refuse to improve we are right back to the mess that live OW turned into, which in turn becomes a player problem.

That’s still not a player issue. Players can’t make changes to game code. It sounds like your issue is still with poor development decisions, which is fair.
