thatās dependant on range being important, there are many close range heros now who take less effort to secure kills
and yet just last season he was considered the worst hitscan

comments that told you sojourn is in fact hitscan got a lot of heart likes, we didnāt downgrade all hitscan below sojourn at launch for no reason

Big bullets, less barriers , weaker armour. How is any of that a nerf.
Not to mention many hitscan break points never changed even with the increased hp, Cass and Ashe can still 2 tap, widow can still one shot from a range beyond the reach of most heroes, tracer is now so much easier to play, sojourn may have been nerfed but she still does massive burst damage that may as well be a one shot because people who get hit with it still die if the wind hits them wrong. Not to mention hitscans benefit the most from the cauterise passive.

theyāve certainly replaced hanzo in duelling as hanzo is quite slow compared to them
yep something a lot of the community refuse to accept or just havenāt seen themselves

Hitscans outrange projectiles by alot, upclose yeah some projectile characters will fare better, but its the fact that when you shoot as hitscan regardless of range, you can apply the dps passive and the dumbed down spray patterns mean you can deal alot of damage regardless of range

i did technically say ājust as muchā not āmore thanā hanzo, i had to double check
cause people hate hitscan, for good reason but they then forget the reasoning for why they are strong
range can be losāed too easily
dps passive is a support ability aka ana amari, itās designed for other people to secure kills
it hasnāt managed to make up for hitscan losing killing power when the global hp pool was increased
the only hitscan who havent lost killing power is bastion recon and widow scoped to an extent
