Yesterday I did 2 more sets of deadlifts at the gym than I normally do, today it hurts to move. Walking is difficult.

She did gymnastics and track in highschool, and has always been very strict about her diet. She stays away from hi-carb foods.
She ate a bit though. My mom knows she’s similar to me when it comes to diet, so she doesn’t take offense to it.
